Delivery errors and missing or damaged items must be reported to JAMEC in the business day following the shipment reception (damaged items must be accompanied by a signed receipt, attesting damage).
The products are guaranteed against vices and manufacturing defects. If JAMEC determines that the product has vices or manufacturing defects, it will be repaired or replaced at JAMEC's discretion, which will be the only buyer's recourse.
